The document is a template like any other, so the same variables that personalize an email body also personalize a certificate, an invoice or a statement.
When the campaign runs, OwnSender walks your dataset row by row, produces that row's file, and attaches it to that recipient's message. Nothing is matched up by hand.

How generated files are counted
Each file OwnSender produces counts as one generated file against your plan's monthly allowance. A 500-recipient certificate run uses 500 of them.
The allowance resets each billing period, and reaching it stops further generation rather than charging an overage.
